Paediatric OT services for children aged 0-10 years, including, but not limited to: 

• Initial and review assessments
• Assessment feedback and therapy planning sessions 
• Initial, summary and review reports 
• OT therapy sessions
• Visits to day care, kindy, or school 
• Home visits where required
• Classroom observations 
• School and classroom strategies
• Home programs
• Parent, caregiver or teacher consultations 

1. Intake call to see if we are the right fit for your goals
2. Completion of our pre-assessment questionnaires
3. Parent/caregiver interview and goal setting
4. Assessment of your child 
5. Assessment feedback and therapy planning session
6. OT assessment report (if required)
7. Commence therapy sessions
8. Observations in other settings (as required)

We can accept the following funding options:

• Privately paid
• Private health; check your policy to see if OT is covered
• Medicare rebate; see your GP for eligibility for Chronic Disease Management (CDM) or Complex Neurodevelopmental Disorder (CND) treatment plan
• NDIS;  Self or plan managed participants who enter into a service agreement with us (recommended by the NDIA)
