- Intake call to see if we are the right fit for your goals
- Completion of our pre-assessment questionnaires
- Parent/caregiver interview and goal setting
- Assessment of your child
- Assessment feedback and therapy planning session
- OT assessment report (if required)
- Commence therapy sessions
- Observations in other settings (as required)

Funding Options
We can accept the following funding options:
- Privately paid
- Private health; check your policy to see if OT is covered
- Medicare rebate; see your GP for eligibility for Chronic Disease Management (CDM) or Complex Neurodevelopmental Disorder (CND) treatment plan
- NDIS; Self or plan managed participants who enter into a service agreement with us (recommended by the NDIA)

- Initial assessment of child (90 mins) $290.99
- Assessment feedback and therapy planning session (45 mins) $193.99
- Therapy session (45 mins) $193.99
- Report writing (per 60 mins) $193.99
